            The M1 series furnace will replace the older Intertherm furnaces.  MILLER leads the way in conserving energy and lowering heating bills with the M1 series high efficiency oil and gas gun furnaces.  The sealed combustion system, pioneered by NORDYNE, vents exhaust gas directly outdoors and draws in 100% outside air for the burner.  It's safer - flue gases cannot mix with the indoor atmosphere.  The burner has precise air shutters which allows you to adjust air flow as needed for optimum burning efficiency.  The M1 series allows the ease to add air conditioning.  The coil cabinet accepts up to a 5 ton split-system air conditioner. The M1 series furnace is especially designed for the MILLER high-efficiency S3QA series split-system air conditioner.  We also carry a full line of replacements for all the MILLER and Intertherm brand equipment.         Alcoa Building Products (formerly Mastic) is the manufacturer of T-Lok Premier and Lifestyle skirting.  The T-Lok Premier skirting is the best in the trade.  Most know this product as Mastic T-Lok.  The panels are 13" wide and 12' long.  They are cut to the height needed and installed with the Premier trim kits.  The T-Lok Premier has a lifetime warranty.  Lifestyle skirting panels are 16" wide and 12' long.  They are a more affordable panel.  They can be either installed with the T-lok Premier trim kit or with a Lifestyle trim kit.  T-Lok Premier and Lifestyle are available in white, cameo, dessert sand and gray.  Call us to get a price on one job or several jobs.  We offer price breaks for larger quantities.
